We are using WooCommerce to run the store, here is the cookies that are used for it : WooCommerce cookies.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

How we protect your data
We will not transfer your personal data outside the EU without your consent, under the circumstances as specified in this privacy policy.

For any payments which we take from you online we will use a recognised online secure payment system.
We will notify you promptly in the event of any breach of your personal data which might expose you to serious risk.
We comply with GDPR rules and regulations and all paperwork is filed and stored in locked cabinets for a period of a year before being archived in locked, secure off-site storage. After 7 years we are able destroy all paper trails in line with HMRC rules and regulations.
All correspondence, letters, requests and any paperwork containing personal data sent to the premises are shredded on site.
